What should I do if I experience a delay in the shipping of my order?Updated 5 months ago

Unexpected delay due to system upgrade.  We are currently experiencing longer than average handling time due to due to a recent system upgrade in our warehouse that didn't go as planned.  Rest assured we are working through these issues as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get you what you ordered.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Does your order include pre-order items?  

If you have pre-order items on your order, your order will not ship until all items on your order are in-stock.  You can check the updated status of pre-order items on the product page. 

In stock orders:

You will receive a notification email along with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please ensure that you whitelist @kidrobot.com emails and check your spam folder for order updates and shipping confirmations.

Items requiring additional handling time - Some items purchased on Kidrobot.com have additional handling times.  Check the product page for information about additional handling time.

New Arrivals Warehouse Checkin Delays. For new items and restocks that just arrived, there may be a small delay as the warehouse checks in the items.  We appreciate you patience with the slight delay.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a couple weeks of placing an in-stock order, please reach out to Customer Service so they can look into the status of your order at [email protected].
