- Send us photos of the defective item for reference.
- We will review the photos to determine the level of defect or damage.
- If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Print the return shipping label, attach it to your package, and ship back the defective item at your convenience.
- Once your return is received and processed, a replacement will be issued based on inventory availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
