What do I do if I receive a defective item in my order?Updated 9 months ago

We are so sorry to hear that you have received a defective item. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send us photos of the defective item for reference.
  2. We will review the photos to determine the level of defect or damage. 
  3. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  4. Print the return shipping label, attach it to your package, and ship back the defective item at your convenience.
  5. Once your return is received and processed, a replacement will be issued based on inventory availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
