Does the delivery confirmation show the correct destination?
Double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) matches the delivery info on the Shipping Carriers tracking page to ensure it was delivered to the right location. If not, contact Kidrobot.com Customer Service at [email protected].
If the tracking shows the correct destination...
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you. If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Check the carrier delivery page for delivery notes. In some cases the carrier will note where they left the package. If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier customer service to see if they can track the parcel.
Premature Delivery Notification - On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered by the carrier but take additional time to arrive. We recommend waiting a couple days to see if additional packages arrive.
If you received only part of your order:
Did your order contain pre-order items? Check to make sure that your order didn't include pre-order items. We normally do not ship orders until all items are in stock. In some cases, Kidrobot might release in-stock items to ship early and the remaining pre-order items will ship when all pre-ordered items arrive.
Multi box shipments - Some orders will be split shipped in multiple boxes under different tracking numbers. Customers might only be notified of the first box to ships tracking number and the subsequent split shipments will arrive at different times. We recommend waiting a couple days to see if additional packages arrive. If you do not receive the additional in stock items within a few days, contact Kidrobot.com customer service at [email protected].
