What should I do if my pre-order has not been updated or shipped yet?Updated 5 months ago

We understand the anticipation of awaiting a pre-ordered item and WAITING SUX. We make an effort to update shipping estimates as the product progresses through development and production pipeline. 

Thank you for your patience with your pre-order. Here's what you can expect and what steps to take:

Check the product page for updated shipping estimates. In some cases, the shipping estimate on the product page will have passed or the item will be listed as in stock before your item ships.  

If all of your items have recently arrived at our warehouse, they will need to be processed into our inventory. Once this process is complete, shipping of orders will commence. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information when your items leave our warehouse.

Please make sure to whitelist emails from our account to ensure you receive the shipping confirmation. If your order has been significantly delayed and this does not meet your expectations, we also offer you the option to cancel your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our recent system upgrade in the warehouse, which has led to a slight delay in shipping. Our team is working hard to expedite this process.
