Unexpected delay due to system upgrade.  We are currently experiencing longer than average handling time due to due to a recent system upgrade in our warehouse that didn't go as planned.  Rest assured we are working through these issues as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get you what you ordered.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
