Unexpected delay due to system upgrade.  We are currently experiencing longer than average handling time due to due to a recent system upgrade in our warehouse that didn't go as planned.  Rest assured we are working through these issues as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get you what you ordered.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

In-stock orders placed by noon CT are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your Kidrobot.com account the day after your order is in transit with the carrier.  

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
